What is Our Client Portal?
Our client portal is designed to streamline the process of requesting and monitoring translation projects for regular clients. If you have recurring translation needs and frequently have multiple projects ongoing with us at the same time, keeping track of them can be challenging – but not with our client portal. It gives you an overview of all current and past projects, provides a central, secure location to submit new files for translation, and allows you to receive personalised notifications when quotes and completed translations are ready for you to download. It also offers a secure, encrypted channel for you to communicate directly with the project manager overseeing each project.
Integration With Other Technologies
The client portal is integrated with several of the other technologies that we use to manage your projects, including our CAT tools, translation management system and linguist database, facilitating the seamless and secure transfer of files and information between the various people involved in the project. For example, any files you submit for translation can be automatically sent to our CAT tool for analysis and translation, and the originals can also be sent directly to the linguists for their reference.
